SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:

CAPE Environmental Management is looking for a qualified Site Superintendent to support our environmental remediation and construction projects. This role will supervise and manage site personnel to perform project tasks and all site activities in compliance with federal and state regulations; direction of subcontractors/vendors; management of budgets; and participation and compliance with CAPE's health and safety program. This position requires a minimum of 100% travel annually. Travel requirements may be required for durations as demanded by specific projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication with the fundamental knowledge of mathematics demonstrated by the ability to solve a variety of problems that can be modeled or solved by quantitative means.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ten (10) years of applicable hands on experience in a Foreman or Superintendent role in federal or Commercial Environmental remediation projects.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
  • OSHA 30 Hour Construction
