Property Coordinator

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Property Coordinator (PC) will be assigned to EPA sponsored residential property environmental remediation efforts performed by CAPE at various locations in Kansas and Missouri. The Project Coordinator shall serve as the primary communication liaison between residents, field teams, EPA, and project management. The position will require direct interface with property homeowners for scheduling and general communications pertaining to planned remediation services on their respective properties.

The PC must engage proactively, communicate with property owners in a positive and attentive manner at all times. The PC must have detailed note taking capabilities and a thorough documentation skill-set to include photos and videos.

SALARY:
$60-70k annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

TRAVEL:
Position will require travel to project sites for extended durations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Power Point, MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
