The targeted next step for this position is the Corporate H&SM position responsible for overall safety performance at CAPE. Supporting projects on site as the SSHO is the key step towards achieving this position as it will provide exposure to the types of projects we execute and the clients we work for.

$90,000-$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus of 10% of salary is being offered.


CAPE is a nationwide contractor, work assignments could be anywhere in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska, and possibly American Territories (Guam, American Samoa, etc.). Anticipate the first 2-3 years of this position primarily being spent on the road & on job sites as a SSHO, learning about our projects, people, and clients. CAPE pays for transportation (airfare, vehicle), lodging and per diem when on travel.
