CAPE’s comprehensive group health plan covers medical, prescription drug, dental, orthodontia, auditory, and vision care for our employees and their families. The major medical benefits are provided by a PPO network offering national coverage through leading doctors, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and other service providers.
Employees and their families receive the maximum benefit when they choose providers within the PPO network, but may still choose other options including continuing with their own physicians.
Full-time employees qualify for group health benefits on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. Our Craft employees are eligible for group health benefits on the first day of the month following successful completion of 60 days of employment averaging at least 30 hours per week.
