fighter planes on runway
CAPE provides a broad spectrum of focused capabilities to the federal government in support of its evolving missions, resulting in optimal use of budget-constrained funding.

At active military bases, CAPE helps our warfighters maintain access to their premier training facilities while keeping them and their families healthy by:

  • Maintaining compliance with environmental regulations
  • Removing munitions and explosives of concern
  • Cleaning up contaminated soil and groundwater on and around their installations

We provide them the best possible facilities in which to live, work, and train by constructing and repairing facilities and infrastructure. We ensure our warfighters are always prepared to train and mobilize by repairing and constructing the bulk fuel storage and distribution systems critical to every aspect of their mission.

Additionally, CAPE aids the federal government in remediating and transitioning legacy sites to the local community for appropriate civilian use:

  • Base realignment and closure
  • Formerly used defense sites
  • Superfund sites

We provide this capability with the highest level of integrity and regard to national security so that we can justly and respectfully serve those who serve us, as well as the communities supporting them.
