Contracting Vehicle for Remediation Services
Federal agencies can quickly and cost effectively access CAPE to provide remediation services through our Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract for Environmental Advisory Services. This contract, issued by the General Services Administration (GSA), provides a vehicle for federal agencies and other authorized users to easily obtain CAPE's services. Under this contract, CAPE can provide a broad scope of services including:

· Excavation, removal, manifesting, transportation, storage, treatment
  (on site and off site), and/or disposal of hazardous waste.
· Containment, monitoring, and/or reduction of hazardous waste sites.
· Preparation, characterization, field investigation, conservation, and
  closure of sites.
· Ordnance removal and support.
· Long-Term Monitoring/Long-Term Operation (LTM/LTO).

How to Use the Schedule
Step 1—Establish your short- and long-term requirements 
Step 2—Discuss the requirements with your CAPE representative 
Step 3—Prepare a statement of work (SOW) that includes scope, schedule, and deliverables 
Step 4—Work with your CO to gain acceptance of SOW and establish funding mechanism
Step 5—Have your CO request one or more contractors (including CAPE) to submit a proposal
Step 6—Receive and evaluate proposals and negotiate as necessary
Step 7—Have CO place order with CAPE, citing GSA contract number on award
