1985   Environmental Management Inc created, focusing on environmental services

1991   Management buy-out establishes CAPE as a minority-owned business

1994   CAPE accepted into Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program

1997   CAPE buys assets of Ecology Services, expanding remediation and geographic capabilities

2000   CAPE acquires assets of CET Environmental Services’ DOD division, gaining additional resources
& capabilities serving the military

2002   CAPE listed in Engineering News Record’s top 200 environmental firms

2003   CAPE graduates from 8(a) program

2004   CAPE wins first Iraq reconstruction project

2005   CAPE is one of the top 50 companies receiving the largest dollar volume of prime contract from Air Force

2007   Wins SAME Small Business Award and acquires SAFE Fueling, providing self-perform capability in
fuel system mechanical services

2008   CAPE listed as No. 75 in Hispanic Business News’ top Hispanic-owned firms

2009   CAPE wins first Afghanistan project and acquires assets of Environmental Technology, Inc.,
providing self-perform capability in fuel systems inspection services
